  Ralph Rice is not mentioned in the obit for his brother, Joseph, and I cannot find a death record for him. There are [at least] three possible explanations: a. The Census info is correct. b. He is one of the brothers mentioned in Joseph's obit by some other name. c. Since his sister Louise, who claims to have been born in 1909, is not shown in the 1911 Census, "Ralph" is actually Louise.
