  In the 1930 Census of Methuen, MA, he appears as the brother-in-law of Foster CONRAD, which would make him the brother of Wife Cora BAKER. However, in the 1991 Census of New Cumberland, NS, he is listed as the grandson of Cora's parents. So it would appear that he MAY be the illegitimate son of one of the two youngest daughters. In the 1930 Census of Methuen, MA, he appears as the brother-in-law of Foster CONRAD, which would make him the brother of Wife Cora BAKER.
