Notes - From Avalon Lawlor's notes: "There is a question about Mary's parentage. Kim Stevens and some others show her as a child of Adam Sr & Elizabeth. It would appear more logical that she is the daughter of their son Thomas & wife Mary Walsh. Thomas died when Mary Catherine was under three, mother got pregnant and remarried, so Mary went to live with her grandparents as seems to be confirmed by the age difference in 'siblings' and age of 'parents' shown in the 1871 census."
