She is named as Mrs. Hannah HARNISH in an Acadian Recorder article, which almost certainly means that she is the widow of a man named HARNISH. The only known Mrs. Hannah HARNISH before 1871 is Hannah Catherine (Dorey) HARNISH. Her husband's date of death is not known; however, their last child is born 1830, which fits. So, although she is not proven to be the right Hannah, the circumstantial evidence seems strong. [Bob H] There is no known proof as to who the Hannah HARNISH is that marries Joseph P.
