• Notes

  The OLMC register seems to be saying that she was born in 1882. However, her 1882 baptism was conditional, and she also seems to have been living with her grandparents (as Mary S. Slaunwhite) in the 1881 census. In that document, she is shown as age 6 years. Given everything else that we know, I tend to discount the date of birth shown in the OLMC register and believe the date that is on her cemetery marker. [Bob H]
