  In the 1881 Census of NS, James (age 15), appears in the family of Leonard and Olivia WAMBOLDT; he cannot be Olivia's child, as he was born before the death of Leonard's first wife, Sophia ZWICKER. Later, a James WAMBOLDT of Lunenburg County marries Nettie MALAY in Halifax county; he is exactly the age of James above, and his parents are listed as Leonard and Sarah. However, at the time of his birth, there is no known [at least to me] Lunenburg Leonard WAMBOLDT who has a wife named Sarah. While the connection seems tenuous and there could be other explanations for his appearance in the family of Leonard and Sophia/Olivia in 1881, he is placed here as the son of Leonard and Sophia since there seems to be no other reasonable place to put him In the 1881 Census of NS, James (age 15), appears in the family of Leonard and Olivia WAMBOLDT; he cannot be Olivia's child, as he was born before the death of Leonard's first wife, Sophia ZWICKER.
