Notes - Her death record gives her age at death as 47 years nine months, which would place her birth in 1761/2; also, Planters & Pioneers has her as born abt 1765. However, there is a record of her marriage to Martin Born in 1771, which would make her age at this marriage 10 years, a most unlikely occurrence; further, she and Martin have five children between 1771 and 1779, so there does not seem to be a major error in the date of her marriage to Martin. Most people place her birth at abt. 1751, but her father arrived as a bachelor on the Pearl in 1752; so, this also seems too early. [Bob H]
