    • Farnam says that Anna Dykeman d. May 1817; however, he also lists son Zachariah as b. 30 Jan 1818. If Anna DYKEMAN dies May 1817 and he is b. Jan 1818, with high probability he is not the child of Anna ROOP as his birth is 8 months after his mother's death. So, he must be the child of Anna DYKEMAN, and either his DOB is in error or his mother's date of Death is in error. If Zachariah were born 30 Jan 1817, this would place his birth 10 months after sister Mary WHITMAN, which is possible but is too close for me to believe. So my conclusion (for the moment) is that Anna Dykeman probably dies May 1818 vice 1817, which still leaves time for Daniel to marry Anna ROOP and father Craft WHITMAN in Dec 1819. [Bob H]
