- In 1928, on an Application for Delayed Registration of Birth, Alice (NOWE) CONRAD states that her son William Lawrence CONRAD was born 2 Oct 1892. But in the 1891 Census dated 13 Apr 1891, there appears a son named Alonzo CONRAD aged three months, which places his birth in Jan 1891. There is only a son named Alonzo in the 1901 Census and his birth is listed as Sep 1892. My best guess is that the 1891 Census is correct, that William Lawrence and Alonzo are the same person, and that his mother relied on the date in the 1901 Census in 1928.
