  According to his death record, he was born at East Port Medway and the only MOUZAR family [at least that I can find] that lived at Port Medway is that of Jophann Conrad and Anna Maria (FADER) MOUZAR. Firther, T.B. Smith's notes state that he was the son of Conrad MOUZAR. So my best guess is that he was the illegitimate son of one of Conrad's daughters. According to his death record, he was born at East Port Medway and the only MOUZAR family [at least that I can find] that lived at Port Medway is that of Jophann Conrad and Anna Maria (FADER) MOUZAR.
