- An inscription on the back of Daniel's marker reads “Baby HUBLEY, d. 25 Jun 1882”. [Source: Lois Jenkins, “Hubley's of Annapolis County”, cited by Robert Crowther].
Also, the obituary notice for Jennie Belle (HUBLEY) POTTER states that she was predeceased by a brother. Since all of her known sinlings are sisters, this is apparently the brother. And since the child does no appear in the1881 Census, he was most likely born in 1882. [Bob H]
