  The OLMC register reports the baptism, on 20 Mar 1914, of Alden A. SLAUNWHITE, b. 3 Mar 1914, s/o Robert and Agnes (Nowe) SLAUNWHITE. But . . . a. Agnes NOWE m. Jeremiah SLAUNWHITE and would have 50 yrs of age or thereabouts in 1914; her last known child is b. 1897. b. Agnes NAYLOR m. Robert J. SLAUNWHITE, the family is Catholic, and a 1914 birth fits into their birth order. c. Isabella NOWE m. Charles Robert SLAUNWHITE (who goes by the name of Robert), and the family is Catholic. However, Charles Robert and Isbella (Nowe) SLAUNWHITE have a soon named Ellsworth Murdock who is bp. 26 Apr 1914. So, since it seems hardly likely that they would baptise two children approximately one month apart, twins or not, they are almost surely not the parents. Similarly, it seems highly unlikely that the month actually is Agnes NOWE< and this leaves Robert and Agnes (Naylor) SLAUNWHITE.
